Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days as items are made to order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). We offer 24HR tracked delivery with Royal Mail.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We're unable to ship internationally at the moment, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

What is your return policy? 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
